Subassembly Panel Line 16m wide This panel line has a width of 16m. The line
is used for mounting and welding of profiles and brackets on subassembly plates.
There is therefore no panel welding station. The line consist of the
following individual machines: ·
6 headed welding machine in gantry for continuous weld of up to 3
profiles on both sides simultaneously. ·
Tack welding station with magnets for fixture of profiles ·
Rolling platform with a span of 16m for laying out items ·
Magnetic crane for feeding panels onto the line The line is made up of four parts which can
work independently with a lifting function to keep the panels clear of the
rollers. The entire panel is app. 60 m long. |

Two
identical lines for production of curved sections up to 16x10 m. Each Line is railbased and consist of 5
movable platforms (16 x 10m) each with 187 hight adjustable poles (1m between
the poles). The poles are used for support of the curved panel. The line has 5 workstations, one for each
platform. The platforms move down the line with the following work flow: 1. Jig poles are adjusted to fit the panel. Curved
plates are placed and tack welded
together to form the curved panel. 2. Welding of panel with submerged arch welding (one side). This workstation is equipped
with a hydraulic tilting system. This means that the whole platform can be
elevated in any desired (vertical) direction in order to have a horizontal
seem to weld by the submerged arch welding machine. 3. Mounting of profiles. Specialised hydraulic handling tool is used to pick up and place the
profiles. 4. Welding of profiles. Automatic welding machine is placed by crane and both sides of the
profile are welded simultaneously. 5. Remaining work is carried out The move: When a finished panel has been removed from
workstation 5, the platform at workstation 5 is lifted by crane and moved to
workstation 1. During the lift, the other platforms are moved on the rail to
the next workstation by a chain system. |

Combined
profile mounting and welding machine for subassemblies Unique and custom made combined profile mounting
and welding machine. Function: 1. Magnet device to lift up profile
and turn from horizontal to vertical position. Position can be adjusted in
x-y direction and rotated (vertical) for precise placement. (Max size of
profile/bracket: 3,2 m long and 0,5m in height) 2. Up to 7 Clamping cylinders apply vertical
pressure on profile in order to fix in correct position, so magnet device can
be released, for access to both sides. 3. Simultaneous automatic welding on
both side of the profile/bracket The conveyer table is 3,5 m wide and total
length is 53,8m (work area = 53m) Video (48,5 MB) |
